That's correct...one of the main causes of the rebalance and drop of the fundamentals was due to on-going delays of the RBA ATM regulations. This also meant that CUS was not going to be rewarded during the summer season where transaction volumes are at it's peak. However once the new RBA requlations were applied back in March, CUS was re-rated and will not collect the extra money from the transactions causing higher revenues/profits thus better fundamentals!
Also the reduction in debt and the consolidation of shares may also be added to the recovery...
