Graham famously wrote in his book thet when you see lots of rocket IPOs its just an other sign that markets are over excited and a crash is not far away.. This is best time to list new mining/battery companies.. Sp will triple on the first day only to drop down sharp in next couple of weeks.. and the next generation of investers will lose money again while the seasoned pip traders will benefit as always.. CXO is my LT romance.. nothing surprises me about it anymore
