My take is that Andrew has played the market like a fiddle.
why would you follow up a speeding ticket enquiry with a triple digit grading strike, just to fuel the speculation?
answer the enquiry then subdue the speculation with an announcement you have to actually be a long term holder to appreciate. The market has fallen for it hook line and sinker.
