If i purchased a NKP share today at 30c and it increased in value in two years time to $1.75 i would make $1.45 profit.
A NKPO option ( cost 10c today)in two years time most likely would be priced at $1.43 ($1.75 less the 32c owing to convert). The gap narrows closer to conversion does it not?
The profit generated on the options would be $1.01 made up as follows....$1.43 less 32c conversion cost payable less 10c initial cost.
So its $ 1.43 for NKP and $1.01 for NKPO.
Could someone please check my logic.
thanks
