Good Ol' FDR and the TVA. I really hope they raise enough, say at least 150 million with IPO on NASDAQ to finance the next factory. This is the point of going on NASDAQ in addition to giving Americans some shares and a stake. Much better price negotiation with OEMs, rather than going into Panasonic who has financed you... Think people are overworried about dilution...no longer a mining company, with waiting customers. The directors in absolute terms would be most diluted but Elon Musk is crying with his 3.6% of Tesla all the way to the bank for 24 billion. I suppose how quickly they can build those specialized furnaces is a supply constraint and they may time it with that but I would definitely strike while the iron is hot.
