pwillow1, what many GRR investors don't realise is that Grange is controlled by the Chinese No 1 and then the Dutch No 2.
    The Chinese
    1)Shagang (Jiangsu Shagang Group) 47%
    2)RGL (Rui Gang Lian) 14%
    3)PML (Pacific Minerals Limited) 8.3%

The big investors in the Netherlands cannot participate in the SPP directly, read the announcement.
They have been playing games with the shareprice and want their rightful allocation of shares, not the few dollars that will flow from the few dollars as the difference between the 25 cents SPP and sale price of those shares on the market.
    BUT
Once they get their fill, they will stop the sale of the shares to a dribble once again. Don't think that the EX chairman is the only one from the Netherlands who has a huge stake in Grange.
You may have noted previously what happens with the Grange shareprice when the sellers STOP selling.
The Chinese shareholders won't be selling and in a few weeks time the Dutch selling will dry up too.
