fully agree with what you have said. ive got no problems with management being incentivised. but fail to see how these new options would do more incentivising than the existing ones that are in place for pretty much the same target.
these 6 million performance rights should have different vesting conditions. e.g. reserve certification target, offtake deals, positive outcome on the power station project, hydrogen...so much to do that deserves a reward on completion.
