The company has posted 5 updates over the past month to https://pepltd.com.au/category/media/ Please explain how you could interpret that as "waffle"....???
As PIL were suspended for 18 months we understand the ASX are reviewing every announcement before it is released. Suggest you contact the WA office of the ASX and ask to speak with the person responsible for PIL and ask yourself. Please let us know what you learn.
