5 updates you say.....I would classify them as 5 forward looking marketing posts full of hope and very limited factual substance hence why they are sitting on their web site and not in an ASX announcement....if this is what they have tried to post to the ASX then there is no doubt whatsoever why they would not be permitted to post such lack of substance tripe.
I would have hoped that in the 18months of suspension they may have practiced writing updates that the ASX would process....maybe they could be well served getting some lessons now...maybe you could ring them and suggest that...let me know how you go with that OK?
There is no need for me to ring the ASX in Perth they are doing their job....maybe you should ring the company and ask them for the reasons behind why all their ASX announcments are being declined....let me know how you go with that.
