mate back in 2018...inflation rate was 2.5% and interest rate was also 2.5% and world was living happily...the world just has fought crisis cause by Covid hence the balance got out of hand...Economy was halted last year and hence the inflationary pressure, in couple of years time when interest rate goes back to 2.5% then inflation will come to 2.5% as well...the world has seen GFC and reversed it successfully...there is no doom and gloom.
As far as stock or housing market is concerned then yes these will come back to trend lines...ever grande is one off case and require debt restructuring in the short term.
you guys need to stop fear mongering and be sensible...a lot of punters who lectures here every day hold other tech stocks as well but absolutely no such fear mongering anywhere...the housing/construction stocks are not even discussing ever grande & China than over here at zip.
give zip a break, the market was shit and yet stock held pretty well infant 15% up in shitty macro situation. Cut a slack and move on agenda somewhere else.
