Judging by the TNR options entitlement issues announced today, NVA were aware this was coming and realised to maximise their entitlements the would need to convert their 100M TNR 2c options earlier than planned which may have left them short for the Christmas Party(we are all hoping for). But obviously they could announce that before the tnr announcement today.
