Let me see if I have the situation right:
1. PTL loses key/big elements of the duracell distribution business; $3M in EBITDA (25% of 2021 EBITDA)
2. Panic!!!!!
3. Decide to buy something!!!
4. Buy Hampers With Bite; number look OK...
Why?
Product synergies? PTL makes (mainly) cleaning products!! Who wants a hamper with White King and Jiffy firelighters?
Channel Synergies? PTL sells to retail! HWB sells to retailers too
BUT
PTL's salesmen seel to retailer buyers and HWB sells to HR and the boss's secretary......
I looked at PTL seriously but not for me just now!!
