WIN for Non-AU Holders, page-4

SmilingDog, here in the US I am holding RDRUY which is a non-sponsored ADR. I did not receive WIN shares. So far there has been no cash settlement. But I anticipate that happening.

There is another way to purchase NMT shares in my IRA retirement account. The symbol is RRSSF. Holders of RRSSF, from what I understand, received WIN shares. I have started transitioning to RRSSF in my wife's retirement account as well as my own.

In the US IRA retirement accounts, capital gains are not paid. When the money is withdrawn it is taxed as income, much less thank capital gains. I anticipate making a significant return from our NMT investments so it is much better to hold shares in a retirement account than a brokerage account which allows international trading.
