I agree , Alex is a nice person but so are 90% of the people on the planet ,
In todays announcement he seeks reelection under "resolution 2" I find this audacious on his part given how long it has taken to get financing when he was at the helm yes covid hit but other companies got financed in the interim , I wish him well in his future but will not vote for his re-election - nothing personal .
Having this resolution also throws a poor light on the rest of the board.
Given the sinking share price , I would have thought a little more astuteness by the board in awareness of shareholder concerns on governance would have been appropriate
