The power shortages across China are stripping the Power base of the CCP.

I have said an few times in the past the CCP can't continue with this situation as it could threaten it's very legitimacy born out of constant standard of living increases.

Remove these standard of living increases & what does the CCP deliver the common people ?

Tyranny.

That is simply not going to work. Not in this information age.

Unless the CCP can deliver on the social contract and deliver better, not worse living standards they are risking a revolt.

I am expecting the schackles
to be eased gradually initially (until the Blue skies Winter Olympics Diorama) to help CCP maintain an element of face & coercive control.

After that the Feb 22nd 2022 ( great date by the way) the market will roar back.
