Of course it excludes expansion…and so it should…unless you’re into rainbows and unicorns (hype).

Fresh water and total water consumption will need to be addressed before any expansion can be considered IMO.

Which will require an APPROVED ESIA.

Hence 28 SEP 2021:
"An expansion study to 51,000 tpa LCE is anticipated at a similar time as the DFS."

Note: not to be included in the DFS, just an "expansion study"...nothing more!

Will the ESIA submission (prior to approval), allow for expansion?
If not a new ESIA submission and approval will need to be sought.

Just in my opinion of course….and I’ve been wrong on this and slippage for a while now.
