buyers seem to be showing more commitment. the stock has risen significantly over the last several weeks on low volume - buyers have been forced to pay as sellers are reluctant to let go.

"pre-activity" price level that is being maintained is the strongest its been in the last 12 months.

the ground is being set for at least a run into .04+ territory on some positive news...

the next announcements may not set the earth on fire, but some decent shows from the two zones should see the share price mid 4 maybe 5 on a good day in the next 4 weeks.

just waiting for some volume, i.e. news...
