It's September, and October will follow. I believe these are the "doom and gloom" months of the annual cycle: a good opportunity to buy oversold stocks, and other bargains.
I don't expect any optimism until November. As always, there will be exceptions.
Overall, I think that Recce is well positioned for 2022.
