VMC has a better capital structure, better tenements mix, and holding 2.2% RXL anyway. I said this two weeks ago when RXL was at 46,47 and VMC was 16.
I wouldn't surprise they find something else in those tenements with 50/50 JV.
VMC also could sell the Youanmi project for a few million to TIN given they just paid $11m to OBM for the adjacent old mine.
