That is a terrible indictment on you - quoting part of what he said.
This is what he actually said - " so we are looking in the the next few months to have the mining contractor to start with the West Wits Mining".
That is, prior to him starting they have to prepare the site, etc. Clearly you tried to get across that they will look for a mining contractor - they have one - but he cannot START until preparation is completed!
