Actually 70% of HWB sales are to businesses. It provides a new online sales channel. HWB EBITDA in 2021 was $5.1 million and so a net $3 million to PTL after loss of Duracell business. The earnout is based on earnings of $6.3 million this year. PTL also makes soaps. May be you should do some more research.
