I am in a similar situation as yourself. However I have faith in the human race. I do not see management as an attempt to cheat shareholders.
i was a shareholder in CHN and I observed their comments that the discovery is very likely to be regional. The group's actions in acquiring tenements around Julimar and MAN having opportunity to have due diligence prior to acquisition of the tenements are indications of good opportunities. Early drilling results, rock sampling and PGE's results specifically applied all pointed to very likely chance of a discovery. The fact it was heavily sold at 20c a 15 percent discount also pointed to optimism of management and well sold to the new shareholders.
Allchurch also showed confidence by giving himself a payrise of a $100,000. If he did not believe, then it must be fraudulent, however I don't take this line of reasoning.
i believe Allchurch should back up his own beliefs by buying at least 500,000 shares in the market to align himself with shareholders. Currently it is more a matter of trust then anything else. Allchurch is a relatively young man and there will be plenty of opportunities in the future. His reputation is very important other wise it will be difficulty for him to raise capital in the future. It is important for Allchurch to show faith in his own beliefs. What better way is to back his own beliefs.
