    The Perth-based Clough family has been paid about $A41m to relinquish control of engineering firm Clough. The beneficiaries are Harold Clough, whose father founded the iconic business 85 years ago, his wife Margaret, and their six children. South African-based engineering company, Murray & Roberts Holdings (MRH), bought 226.2 million family shares at $A0.68 each, compared with the $A0.55 price of the scrip before the deal was announced.
