no - but TLS cynically gouged other users of the network which in turn gouged consumers
and though copper is a "dying" network it is still dominant and will be so for some time to come
good - no great - result for most of Australian society to see separation and potential for true competition, that should be some comfort
we might now see service and price comparable to what we see overseas
Telstra's actions brought this outcome along with failure to structurally separate when it was first floated: big mistake
