Funded by cash on hand - a more interesting use of capital than extra buy-backs.
The South African government is, ahem, a bit broke and unlikely to exercise pre-emptive rights through the IDC.
At 3.6x FY21 EBIDTA, the purchase is not expensive, even considering country risk.
