definitely not saying it's bad, but if they're not partnered with a specific merchant then they can't charge that merchant commission, so the deal itself won't actually provide any material revenue directly, it's more the fact that zip will get its brand out to 1.3 billion devices which in the long run is pretty good. well that's the way I read it anyway there's not much else to go on. pretty brief announcement
