I can’t see the large GCY shareholders going for this - always great to see a offer at a premium but really GCY’s current share price is ridiculous.
Also, the announcement is talking about debt burden and cash sweep - do they think we don’t know our own company?!
Anyway, GLH, good to see some action - the clear value is flushing out Rivet and now WGX.
