has vpg been rerated?

for what it's worth:

commsec it seems have finally sorted out their reasearch/ forcasts
info area,it took 6 or so weeks after the webite maint

i've checked wdc cmw & apz, they all look right

vpg,s eps for fy 10 & 11 is stated @ .8cps, however the
CURRENT ANALYST RECOMMENDATION is 1/strong buy

only 1 analyst = morningstar(apparently rebranded huntleys)

not sure if this is a stuff up
