Patience is key to Investing, if one can't wait 20mins for an announcement they are probley in the wrong game, good for you keeping the market Informed though, Big A+ for you. You could have just cut and paste the key info in the announcement. Implying that I don't own shares so there fore not entitled to ask a question about your motives is such a Childish assumption. I own shares in AIS so I keep an eye on HLX just in case it hits the mother load, unfortunately it didn't.
