No need for a consolidation in my opinion quite yet .....and remember if it's done by issue of shares and not a yet to be named funding facility , then Piedmont is entitled to both a take up under its ' non dilution ' clause in the 20% of Sayona Mining ....so would more than likely subscribe for that component and lock it up. On top of that , they would be liable for 25% of any amount payable if this deal is being done through Sayona Quebec ....which no doubt it is. Just my thoughts on that.
