Not only that but having him sell down his shareholding so he has no controlling of what outcomes come from voting rights(like packer has to to to try and keep his gaming licence at Crown casino)
That way the company can be ran cleanly and without controlling interest....
The above would takeaway the lifestyle side of how the company has been run so far but if this does take place then it will collapse as HCT would no longer be advantageous for the Dr..
