Probably now it explains the bots pushing down the price for the last several days.
Such deals take some time to discuss and just two weeks ago we had 15.5 cents or so.
14.5 cents sounds reasonable in this case, the discount is small and when SP jumped to 20 cents discount would be 27.5% and even higher if SP goes up and up.
So bots tried to keep price lower until the news.
Another option could be agreed discount 3 cents (or 17% or something like that), and lower price a day before the news means more shares issued and bigger profit in the future.
Anyway bots tried their best and now they should be interested in pushing SP up.
