The devil is in the details. We know there is a big shorting position against this stock. We can be confident in assuming there is a concerted effort to drive down price looking at the sell sheet. It's a company that has been targeted since it is an R&D company which has not posted a revenue for years.
We know there are big pump and dumps that will continue (if you are so inclined to play that game) following further contract news which we know is in the works right now.
Once institutions start buying in for a more secure hold (we know they're cautious about the short data too). This all becomes a factor.
