I received this email on the 23 of Sept, it seems pretty stock standard response to me!
ASX was also not much help!
To say I'm disappointed in this whole situation is an understatement, I also don't know where to go from hereI am reluctant to give a date for when we will be trading, as I’ve beenwrong every time as the ASX continues to frustrate us, but we do have a planwhich the ASX has accepted and we are just waiting for confirmation from themso that we can release the details to the shareholders and get on withsatisfying the requirements which are not too onerous.
It has been one hell of a drawn out process and I appreciate that wehaven’t been as forthcoming with information but we have been hamstrung by theASX on what we can say. Plus, they’ve taken extraordinarily long to get back tous at every stage.
Hopefully it should be a good Christmas for us all!
