Mate could you please explain how this capping worked with POD? As I understand it the MM's hold shed loads, sell a few to get momentum going down to a price point that they want, then start loading up again which sees the price rising and the plebs following, only to do it all again. In the mean time they are accumulating. Is that sort of correct?
