    Ok, note that it is still trade show season in China for the next month so this is more marketing news for mainland China sales, but PS1 is reported as having been commissioned in early September.

    The pictures above from Chea Sophara's inspection of PS1 and PS2 are actually from PS3 groundbreaking day.
    I'm sure Fluence are itching to get that news out, but can't until all the contracts have been signed and Fluence have received a deposit for the PS3 equipment from X-Water. No mention at all of PS3 here.
