Ever wonder why TSV is the most obvious 10 bagger and is going no where?
Who controls TSV?
Isn't Latent is a seperate private company?
How could there be share price manipulation though - there is only one substantial holder - Craig Ian Burton.
Why convert options for no apparent gain.
Why control the share price.
Hercules - mythical icon or relevant.
Who is Charles Morgan?
The Top 20 is a balanced representation of equally informed investors!
The directors are clearly stated and their transactions are transparent.
and the funniest of all - Brett Mitchell controls TSV
Get comfortable - hold your shares and check out how the toffs (sharks) control genuine investors who work for their money.
- First -
Warro3 is a awesome investment.
If we are sensible - hold our shares - we will all see a great return on this.
Now, to something I haven't said before:
The Top 20 shareholders consist of one organised boys club that can control the share price easily without normal detection.
LATENT AND TRANSERVE ARE CONTROLLED BY THE SAME PEOPLE.
Everything they do is to reduce their own risk to zero / maximise returns for themselves and leave most of their investors either with very little OR missed out on the real prize.
Simply - if the boys club are onto garbage - they will ramp the daylights out of it. If they are onto something good (Warro3) they play it just like TSV. Tree shaking is an understatement and only half the picture.
NOW - The honour roll better known as the Top 20 Shareholders
Proof
To get anywhere with this - you need to know about Hercules Energy.
"Hercules was founded by Messrs Charles Morgan of Seaspin Pty Ltd and Craig Burton of Verona Capital"
from- http://www.wildhorse.com.au/technical.asp
AND SO IT BEGINS
You can see Craig Burton and Seaspin in the Top 20
Now, the directors of Hercules
Charles Waite Morgan
Craig Ian Burton
Edward Rigg
Will Barker
Stephen Keenihan (MD of Latent)
Jeff Skates
Now, I quote from Hervules website: "Hercules has been responsible for identifying and packaging the following assets into companies that have attracted funding from international capital markets:"
Exactly - what I said - package assets into companies - "for their own manipulative benfit" was my addition.
These 4 companies are:
Latent
IPS Australasia
Matra Petroleum
Wildhorse Energy
Start with Latent dierctors (first four are from Hercules)
Charles Waite Morgan
Craig Ian Burton - director on ALL 4 companies
Edward Rigg - MD of Argonaut
Stephen Keenihan
Brett Villemarette
Russell Stephenson
Mounty House
NOTE Argonaut (No. 2 shareholder of TSV)
From Argonauts website: "Argonaut invests directly and through its 33% interest in resources incubator Hercules Energy:"
Now - IPS Australasia and Matra Petroleum, I'll leave to you looking up. The interesting one is Wildhorse Energy.
The boards is as follows:
Brett Mitchell - exec director
Craig Burton - chairman
Richard Pearce
Henry Neugebauer
That is our mate Brett Mitchell at the top.
Need to be careful - but working for Wildhorse which is basically controlled by Hercules - who basically controls Latent.
Latent and TSV are controlled by the same people.
But it gets better.
Because some of the Top20 are actually hard to track down.
Arredo Investments.
Hard to find a director - but I got it from: http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20050117/pdf/3pdv1pgh9hdfn.pdf
To save you looking:
Now - Ian Middlemas is a name you can link to Craig Burton many many times. I like this one from Wilhorse:
http://www.wildhorse.com.au/documents/486.pdf
That was hard to find - because the ASX aren't listing him yet.
So, how are we going in the Top 20?
#1 Craig Burton = Hercules co-founder = boys club
#2 Argonaut = Edward Rigg MD = Hercule Director = boys club
#4 Arredo = Ian Middlemas = Wildhorse = Hercules = boys club
#9 Bret Mitchell = TSV MD = Wildhorse = Hercules = boys club
#14 Seaspin = Charles Morgan = Hercules co-founder = boys club
#16 Finind Pty Ltd = Tim Wise = TSV Director = boys club
#20 Stephen Keenihan = Latent MD = boys club
Not enough?
Get this - I use to give GGP grief for their reporting.
because they were pumping up what I call obvious rubbish.
THEY HAVE THE SAME ADDRESS AS TSV.
GGP - use to be Valdara - Craig Burton was the Managing Director. Check out their top 20 - all the same names.
NUENCO - same address as TSV
Director and company secretary - Brett Mitchell
Top 20
Lookup any name on the Top20 - you will see they have followed each other - in a pack - for a very long time.
Some are hard to link conclusively.
Kamira Investments #3 holder.
Kamira is hard to link.
But the director - Peter Fairweather.
Now that name came up so often I wondered why before I found Kamira's director.
Note on Nuenco's top 20 - Fairweather and Burton even list together.
Feel free to google any of them - you will see consistent association.
End result - small investors are rounded up and pushed into bad investments and pushed out of good ones.
ASX and ASIC do jack to protect them from this.
Warro3 is a great investment.
The Share price can easily be controlled by the boys club.
The end result - those that hold onto this one will benefit hugely.
To all small investors - good luck
To all the boys clubs - outside your jobs - you are very sad and lonely people that ONLY matter to other sad and lonely people.
I won't even get moderated/suspended for you.
