Admiral sentiments all. Imo, the difference between market manipulations and machinations are very hard to show in a regulatory environment as the markets are explosively dynamic by their very nature, tradeable stock will be traded.
All one can do is stay engaged with company developments, assess your reasoning for taking a position and decide how long your are prepared to ride the waves.
BRN has put together a contemporary and versatile SOC in "Akida" , no wonder the EAP's are keen to see what it can do and how it could be used. Potential unicorn maker, imo.
