Anyone who has dealt in the crypto space before (as an investor from seed level and have connections to founders and advisors of those projects) will understand it is a pure cowboy industry and a very tight community. Audited reports really mean nothing to these people. These people are willing to pay 10x for most things on the market and sees a 10x or more increase as normal. Very different game to ASX.

Private equity is honestly not that much different in the sense that, IMO is similar to a Ponzi scheme. They value stuff at what the market is willing to pay. Plain and simple as that. There is way more money and upside in private equity than listed stuff. When something gets listed the upside is mostly done already. The few x already been made. We are in a very sweet position in Animoca
