WAM latest announcement may indicate what they wanted MYR share sale proceeds for or maybe not, if there is no cash involved in the transaction just WAM shares diluting their shareholders interests - so maybe they want to appease their shareholders with extra dividend or something thus cash injection from MYR shares ? :
