Yes it is and thankfully it is not just affecting the canon fodder of the stock market the defenceless retail shareholder.
This behaviour is hurting institutions and they have the political clout to get something done. Example the outrage that occurred over the actions of RobinHood in USA.
Retail and Institutional interests aligning allows the canon fodder to be heard.
Brainchip needs to know its retail holders want affirmative action even if it means Brainchip just banging its collective fist on desks. The time is right.
