Unless anyone here knows the capacity of your bog standard DMS plant, the one they were planning on building for 166M may have the ability to process extra capacity (in fact that may have been AVZs intentions), OR the design is upgraded to accomodate 10 mtpa, and the extra cost is much less than building a second plant. I have no idea, I'm just saying that they may not need to build a whole second plant.
