Guess we can now tell ' Banksy ' that he is wrong. Seems Kieth Phillips himself has confirmed that it's a ' Great Addition ' to Sayona QUEBEC's portfolio . So I would assume that they will indeed participate in BOTH their ' non dilution ' stake in Sayona as well as their 25% contribution liability.....else they will be diluting their current interest of 25% in Sayona Quebec........And not likely that they would do that right ?...
