Hong Kong population 7.5 million. Even if they only capture 1% that’s 75K. Good start in my opinion. Yes BNPL market has a lot of competition but it’s how a company structures and executes.
Presentation is not a big concern. Have a look at some of the Chinese websites, they’re not known for being fancy.
