I was actually quite happy with these “reasons" being brought up the patent examiner since if Rothman patents (which are granted) cover MRD then we have granted coverage of MRD already (RAC owns the Rothman patents).

The Nagler 1 trial is a bit silly since the patent was submitted before the results of Nagler 1 were known.

SS seems to have continued to miss that we have 4 granted US patents already and a whole lot more working their way through the patent process.

Finally all of this is irrelevant since the major focus of the company is on the FTO opportunity.
