Shipping costs for FEX in June quarter were about the same as quoted in MGX Ann., so we know what’s coming and most people have included this in figures. At the moment our FOB costs will still be slightly lower than the 62% price, the premium for lump and higher grade ore IMO will not completely cover shipping costs, yet. With the correction of the IO price, and numerous companies going into care and maintenance, we should start seeing some relief in shipping costs, but as the majority of shipping is controlled by the Chinese, who really knows.
