Jeesh. The company released its Annual report on 29/9 (2 days ago) and announced a new CSO on 16/9. We're up to date on the strategy and where they're at. The market determines the price and a company doesn't try to manipulate the market to satisfy anxious shareholders. Its a pretty long bow to draw when you claim the company is deliberately withholding price sensitive information so the share price will fall and a legal settlement can be made at a lower price.
Market sentiment is negative at the moment, its a speculative stock, the company keeps us informed of activities and price sensitive information is released when received.
