~AUD160k cash salary, half of AUD318k (performance rights don't count in my book, ymmv) seems a little light on to me tbh.

The ~990k for exploration needs to consider all the geo software tools, contract personnel and aircraft (I seem to recall aero surveys, happy to be wrong) all add up and don't seem completely out of the ballpark. Contract geologists and geophysicsists are probably somewhere between AUD600 to AUD1,000 per day, light aircraft are a few hundred buck per hour to operate, specialized software tool licenses probably run in the 10's of thousands per license.
