The Board has set aside $800,000 of the Offer Proceeds for allocation to existing Shareholders (“Priority
Offer”). The Company is pleased to advise that applications received to date under the Priority Offer
have significantly exceeded $800,000. The Board appreciates the support and continued interest of
existing Shareholders in the new business opportunity and intends to leave the Offer open until the
original closing date to allow participation, recognising that there will be a process of scaling of
applications.

They have acknowledged that the priority offer is already heavily oversubscribed...YET they say they will continue to leave the offer open for MORE participation...love the contradiction and looks like I won't get anywhere near what i applied for.

Some common sense here please FTT - its should be first come first served IMO
