Can anyone tell me what are the regulatory requirements regarding disclosure by the fund managers regarding movement of a large size fund. When a sizeable fund gives them the mandate the fund manager will announce it to the whole world. What about the , reverse can the fund manager wait till their normal reporting cycle.
